While I suppose this does nothing in the way of legitimizing the above posts, I also know for a fact that the Coastal public law job is filled, and I also won't out the ABD who got the job until he (or someone else) puts it on the Wiki.

It's not being paranoid. It's the thought of someone over there having to field calls all day from PSJR users because somebody on the faculty suggested we do so.

Yes, the public law job has been filled. I will not name the candidate to subject him/her to trash talk, but if you don't believe me you can call the department and verify. Someone has accepted the law offer.
