I was thinking Obama could talk Fannie or Freddie into loaning him 250.3M and then getting a second mortgage for another 150M, defaulting and then insisting on a bail out. Or he could just demand that people making over 250K pay their fair share of the debt he accrued.

Cool. So if Romney gets elected, he could put down $2 million of his own money, borrow $248 million, purchase the White House, borrow another $50 million against the value of the White House to pay himself a dividend, lay off the entire White House staff, and let the White House go into foreclosure.
