I heard on March 19th last year. Use that as a baseline, don't ask again for at least another week.

Also, it's just APSA. Really not that big of a deal.

It's a big deal because I get paid to go hook up with grad students if my proposal is accepted.

In the proposal section of my profile it says that they will be sending out notifications by this week...

Notifications to be followed shortly by the extended thread complaining about APSA being held in DC. Hey, at least our cell phones will work without international roaming charges. . .

Every year, I've received notifications within five days of March 15th. Never before, always on or right after. I'm not sure if the smaller or more specialized sections are less timely in their announcements (I've only applied to the major sections in my sub-field).

that's what I have on the proposal section.

"APSA is currently sending status notifications on all proposals. All of your proposals may not be listed here yet. Check back in a day or two for status on any additional proposals. This message will be removed when all submitters have been notified."

I actually asked the question on the day that acceptances start coming out. That should be a sign shouldn't it? Give me a job!

Paper acceptances went out only to Harvard students. Rochester students all received rejections. Yeah!!!
