I want to know can I put "thank you..." for my professors, conference's participants and discussants...who are contribute to my paper, on the first version sent to editor, or do it after they requires a revision.

I always do it after it gets accepted. When I receive notice of my acceptance, I reply by saying thank you and that I would like to add an acknowledgements section. If you add it with your first submission, it can interfere with he blind reviewing process and can seem too much like name-dropping.

Aren't acknowledgements usually on the title page, which is not included in the anonymous version of the submission?
