We don't have official approval to post the ad for this position yet (and I don't have the final wording yet) but we (Texas A&M International University, Laredo) will be searching for a tenure-track position in international relations and/or political theory to begin in the fall of 2009. Teaching expectation on the tenure-track is 4-3, and includes sections of U.S. national government and/or U.S. state government, as well as upper-division and graduate level courses in IR/theory, and possibly philosophy (a minor that is being phased out), as befits your training.
Quality teaching, peer-reviewed research in reputable journals, and departmental, college, and university service are expected for tenure. The salary is quite good for the region and tier of the institution; it's not Duke money, but it's significantly more than other regional comprehensives in the general area offered when I was on the market.
If you will be at TLC this weekend in Baltimore and want to talk informally about the position I'd be happy to do so; just drop me an email.
